I have taken a few other members and even Kev from Revo - they all commented how well it felt and expected it to be worse but it wasnt the case.

cheers mate ,looking good !!  how many mm did the set up you have lower it ?  i m not sure if the gti and the edition 30 have the same ride height as standard, i was led to believe the ed30 was 15 mm lower than a gti to start out ?? :undecided:
this is standard apart from 10 mm rear wheel spacers

GTI and Ed30 have identicle suspension from factory which is lower than the normal golf by approx 15mm

I think it was about 20mm by the end of it, enough to look better but not cause any problems, have had a full load and get no rubbing etc - bear in mind I am runnign 19's you will be even better with 18's

....The Ed30 and GTI have the same ride height and that is 15 mm(?) lower than the standard Mk5 Golf. I don't know what the GT ride height is.

H&R, I was going for Eibach but it was when there were production issues with the rear springs so after a lot of research I opted for the other popular choice which was H&R - probably more popular over in the states which is where I got most the info from.

Ah yes, Gaz having the problems with the Eibach rears which saved me a LOAD of hassle  :smug:
