sick turbo
« on: 13 May 2004, 16:34 »
how do you tell if your turbo has done it's *ollocks? the car runs fine of turbo but give it a bit more and it dies and kicks out some smoke. if its in neutral it rev's all the way up. also i have a boost gauge that is showing hardly any boost.. :(

roll the drivers window down, turn off the a/c and stereo, go for a little drive.. you wont need to go far, if you can hear a high pitched whining noise when the turbo kicks in then you're in the same boat as me.   :(

i'll be sure to mention this to vince at stealth tomorrow when i call him about my repairs.
