URGENT - subframe bolts

Does anyone know where i can get the bolts for the wishbone/subframe mount? GSF say VW, VW say they don't do them.

is there not a generic "fasteners" shop near you that you could take the old ones to?

Ask AdamMK2 for the postcode of breakers he took me too, they had a few MK2 Golfs there, at least a few 1.3s and a 1.6s (didn't stay long enough to look for a GTi) not sure if the sub frame bolts will be the same as those on the GTi? Are they the same sub frame?

Actually, i've assumed the ones that VW Spares sent me are wrong. They rattle around inside the wishbone mount, even though i have fitted the little metal sleeve into the mount. Any ideas people?

Well, looking at a (rusty) spare atm, it's a 19mm joby, with a 75mm shaft (total), and the shank isn't threaded for atleast............37mm from the head. I think its an M12 thread with a 1.5 pitch, and has a slight point to its end.  Thats what came out of mine anyways when I did the bushes, and I reckon its the original thing.
