I went for the 'Go for the GTI look' but in my opinion you shouldn't put a GTI badge on it!  :smiley:

I don't see the point, surely you'd spend as much making it look like a GTi as you would just buying a GTi?

it might be a gti but he may have changed the bottom half of the bumper as loads of yanks prefere the slats compared to the honeycombe  :smiley: :smiley:

looks quite cool imo  :smiley:

It's a gt i have, and will put gt badge back on, i think the stripe is going to be painted blue along with my calipers.
i just think this looks different i haven't seen any other gt/gti  on the road like this in the uk yet.

i just dont fancy being a sheep

Have you considered having honeycombe to lower centre grill as well as upper and just having the 'fog' grills slatted?

....It's going to be very interesting to read your comments later this week when I (eventually!!) get to VWR (fecking Quaife put the wrong diff in the right box!) and TTshop and come home with a further front modification.
