Bright Blue Metallic
« on: 10 September 2008, 16:21 »
I inherited my parents 1989 8V Bright Blue Metallic Gti recently.  When they originally bought it, they were told that only 500 of these were made.

I have since seen somewhere that only 275 were made in 1989?

Does anyone know about either figure?

BBM owner myself.

Ive read that only 500 were made in this colour. GTi 8v's and G60's

Probably even less. I say about 250 have survived if only 500 were made. All guesstimates
