they are very very good and i would have had another one but i got a very good deal on my milltek. i would not listen to anyone saying they are not good as they are and any probs they are close to you so nip it back and they will sort it.

I would go for the milltek. Its more of a proven product with the gti so you know it will work. Blueflame make very good systems but for £50 more i would go for milltek.
I personally think supersprint are one of the best exhaust manufacturers but they are soooooooo expensive

Golf gti ed30, tornado red, itg panel filter, revo stg 2, team dynamics gloss black wheels, turbo back milltek, ecs dogbone mount, leon cupra brakes. s3 intercooler ordered.

Just found out why Regal use Miltek on their demo car - becuase they bought the car with it already fitted on there, so it was a case of working with what they already had sorta thing!

Yeah Blueflame are very popular on the TT forum, most swap their Miltek for Blueflame apparently! Having looked at them briefly, they just don't seem to give me a good vibe...dunno why  :undecided: :undecided: :undecided: :undecided:

i know what you mean, their site is cr@p!!! but seemed OK to speek to  although scouce

Verrrrrrrrrrrrry interesting.

If you don't mind me asking, how much was the Janspeed sport cat and downpipe? I can't seem to find it on their website.

Because it isn't

Drop this guy an email (dan.mullan@janspeed.com) and say Duane, Silver GTI recommened you. He should be able to get one built for you. Think mine was about £350.

P.S. Cheers for the info here Komeda.....after numerous attempts to contact Dan, and the general contact email address that Janspeed give on their website, I have received no replies at all. Shame really, I was quite intrigued by this! But thanks anyway!

I was quoted £400 for a custom cat back with a choice of tailpipe selections, this was based on a 3" system.
you can see from the various site now that milltek are letting there quality slip while others are getting better.I would be interested in the blueflame.
