saw this and found it amusing - most of them don't have a fecking clue over there and i find it very unhelpful on times - only seem to reply if you ask a straighforward question

TBH I think your posts and the details you provided, which as you said is based on your hard earned experience, wasn't taken in the right way and unlike here where it typically starts a debate or two they just seem to have gone on the defensive.

Just leave them to it.

I don't mind having the piss taken and the like, as most of you probably know, but I don't really care for unjustified personal atacks! 

I actually defended the other side quite vigorously, when someone on another forum was bad-mouthing them.  The person in question was saying how hostile ukmkivs were, and how unfriendly, unhelpful, and unwelcoming they were - and I tried to state they wern't.  The twit had plagiarised vast chunks of ukmkivs posts for another two forums though, so he probably got what he ask for, though!
