Should be able to DIY few bolts here, few bolts there.  Wasn't you father a mechanic?  Surely he could help?

oh yea that won't be a problem but if it involved welding it could be a little more tricky!

lucky for me mine came off a mk2 golf gti so all i needed was a reducer and some exhaust sealent. i also have a powerflow midbox which came with the backbox which cost me £30 altogether
