Inters spending
« on: 10 May 2004, 10:07 »
Just back from Inters and from setting out to spend a few pennies on my Golf I ended up shifted in the hundreds !

I saw a 3 door silver GTI identical to mine with the whole Euro theme going on ... so I had to follow !!  ;D

Chrome detailed genuine VW small bumpers / debadged single headlight 4 bar grill / eyebrow / chrome handle inserts / crystal clear indicators / crystal clear side repeaters / looking at crystal M3 rear lights today .... just need to sort the rims out. (Polished for sure - either design 90's or BBS depending on budget)

I'll post some pics up as soon as she's finished - anyone got anything similar on here ?

Hearing superchargers all weekend has given me an urge to do something mad after the cosmetics - Designer Dubs were quoting little over 2 grand for a full conversion !  ;D

WATCH THIS SPACE ......

Don't worry mate I'll not refuel the whole 8v Vs 16v again ... I'm sure your's just needs a few tweaks to get her running nicely ;D

As for the superchargers - god it's sad I know - but driving to work this morning without even thinking I was making silly nosies whilst accelerating trying to mimic them !!

I need help ..... (from designer dubs!!)

And you're on for a rematch Gav  ;D
