Is this Jazz Blue??
« on: 31 August 2008, 19:41 »
We're considering another Golf as our main car, and ideally would be looking for a MK4, either the V5 or V6.

Question is - what is the correct name of this blue:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2000-Volkswagen-Golf-V6-4Motion_W0QQitemZ260277372256QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item260277372256&_trkparms=39%3A1%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A7%7C240%3A1318&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14#ebayphotohosting

Is it Jazz Blue?  If so, anyone know the sales figures, or how often a V5 or V6 come up in this blue?

I defo would, and prob in black, but the wife gets the decision on this..  The regular GTI's don't seem to pack enough punch the V5 seems to have just enough, and the V6 is about there (we're selling a Megane 225, so trying not to lose too much power!).

Who cares if it's Jazz Blue (it is).

Does it give you Jazz Hands?

If it does, buy it.
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.

I used to own a jazz blue Mk4. Nice colour, really deepens after a good polish.

I bought some touch up paint for Jazz blue a few years ago, seem to remember VW had two listed, one was solid and the other a slight metallic version of Jazz blue.  I reckon thew one in the ebay link is the solid variety.

But then I could be talking out of my a*se.
