Finally had my car lowered yesterday! 

40mm on Koni spings

How long do you guys think it will take for them to bed down a bit? Cos the back looks almost identical to before the lowering at the moment!

Just load the boot up with a bit of weight & pick a few routes with some speedbumps.  (Don't go over them too fast, tho!)
