Hi Everyone
I've just joined up, as have bought my first Golf GTI. She's a 1990 Royal blue 3 door 16v with only 92k and FSH!
I've wanted one of these since I turned 17 but could never afford the insurance until now. I spent a full year searching the internet every day looking for a mint one, and finally my search is over.
She is mechanically spot on, the wheels have just been fully refurbed and the interior is immaculate. The paint work isn't bad but this is the area that I want to sort out most.
This is my weekend car, I've got a Fiesta Zetec S that I use on a daily basis,but I've already fallen in love!
I look forward to sharing knowledge and info on here. I'm looking forward to attending the VW shows next year as well!
