Probably the best kind of mk3 to go for imho. It's got power without the weight of the VR, tuneable if you want to, it won't depreciate as much as a more common version and it's black. Everyone likes black!

If I didn't have my CC, I'd be looking for one just like that. If you get it for less than £1500 it's a bargain.

gosh... another 'rare' anni

actually it looks nice... looks as though they have had it done by an auto glym valeter so it might have been in a shocking state beforehand

the bird poop, alloy rot and the rust spot will be your bargaining tools

I would get that, and slam it, nice bbs rims, keep it fairly OE, as in a while to come, that will be a rare car. lol.

yep just bought my anni aswell m8,   go for it! i managed to haggle mine down to a grand, but mine does need a few bits doing to it. That one on ebay does look nice, the badges at the back are in the wrong places though, also when your viewing it make sure it says its the Anniversary model on the V5, and engine code is ABF, as there's so many copies out there claiming there anni's, just look at this guy, none of the anni features yet he still claims it an anni???
