mk3 air con fiitting

Hi i am breaking a mk3 8v with a/c, any ideas how easy would it be to fit in my other 8v, its still all complete in the car.

its still complete as i didnt know whether to sell the compressor/ rad etc or fit it in mine

Its a big job to convert!  all the dash needs to come out personaly i would rarther have the engine out of the way for the piping as well.
10 golfs and counting! 

Engine cranes = the ultimate tool to test the tensile strength of Everything you didn't disconnect!

air con is crap. sucks power from the engine. just open ya window :D

too much of a job, yopu have to cut the bulk head and all sorts, its a waste of time thinking of doing it believe me

ok thanks,I was talking to len when he came over and he said it affected performance.I have put the lot on ebay now so somebody might buy it lol

It is a lot of work retro fitting air-con as I did it on my Vectra, can be a whole load easier with a complete car to rob all the bits from.
