under heavy load ther today my check engine light came on??wtf! is that due to the revo re-map?maybe its boost spiking or something!!HELP!! :cry:

Could be a number of things TBH need to hook it up to vag com or a code reader.  :smiley:

any ideas what be most likely? its happened twice under same circumstance im in process of resetting the car now!! :angry:

No dont take it to the dealer!!! Thay will want £80!!  :shocked:

Most small garages charge about £15 to read codes!!  :shocked: !

is there many irish users on the site? maybe one of them will have what i need to check the codes!!will the error code only show up on a flash test if the check engine light is on??

No the light rarely comes on TBH. Codes can be stoed without you even knowing  :wink:
