Recived my footrest today really pleased BIG thanks to gulf for all the hard work!! Top job!!! :afro: :afro:

I also got round to fiting it today :

How did you attach it in the end?

Used the bolts supplied - just have to drill three small holes using a 5mm drill bit  :cool:

Ans your weapon of choice for the black and red bits? :)

For the red i used some foam which comes with glass when im fitting double glazed units, Thay stop the glass from getting scratched and come in a few colours  :grin:

Used gray tape for the GT part  :laugh:

good work im thinking of backingit with some red plastic, at least that way its water proof and wont perish in the wet months, hang on thats all year round lol same for the sills  :wink:

lol @ wet weather  :grin:  Yeah i did think about plastic - i shall see how mine wears - only a 2min job to change if needs be  :cool:

thats the good thing about bolting it down  :wink:, but deffo plastic for the sills got some all purpose glue im goign to use , think that should hold em?
