Halfords grrrr!

So, needed new wipers...

Went on their website selected my car everything perfectly,went to purchase them online and it said pickup in store only.

Went down to their store get there, wait effing ages for the goon to serve people then he gets me the wipers, goto my car and they're the wrong size... great then he checks the halfords website " no they're definitely the right ones", right well they're different to my car so give me my money back....

All after like an hour and a half of messing around... Ended up going to Abridge VW in Loughton and got a correct pair for £24 (£7 more expensive than halfrauds)...

You just cant trust them can you!!

Never met a knowledgable employee at halfrauds.

With respect to wipers, for my old car, I check on the forum first and then at halfrauds flipchart thing.

yeah i've only just managed to get back on here too after it went down, my yahoo account was putting the confirmation emails into spam.

Thats weird I replaced mine a month ago by using the Halfrauds wiper buying guide on the website and then ordering them and picking them up in store.

I got the

Bosch Aero Twin Blade Set 928S 21/19

and they fit fine!
