Similar thing being built in Dubai - World's first rotating tower, with a vehicle lift which takes your car to your own garage on the same floor/room as your flat...

I need the penthouse first - Teutonic Towers doesn't quite meet those requirements!  :rolleyes:

....I expect you already know it's the two towers at Autostadt Wolfsburg where they park customer's cars waiting for collection. It's only accessible underground and the towers rise out of a lake.
