atmospheric dv is not good on a standard 1.8t... check out seatcupra.net and theres loads of advice on there about the 1.8t

well no not a fully atmospheric dv what u want is a forge split-r as the vag 1.8 t needs the recirc or it will run like a piece o shyte

    i agree we have so many customers who have fitted atmospheric dump valves,or the split r,and then wonder why they have so many problems,fit full recirculating.

To the original post. Why care ? If it's a 1.8t get a remap, keep it subtle and surprise everyone with your 1.6
