I pulled it out lol!  :smiley:

It does still cut out and hesitate sometimes, but the most likely cause is a faulty intake manifold runner do da. Its a common problem with these engines, so much that VW have a technical bulliten out apparantly. Ive just had the codes come up regarding the fault, so will take it in to get replaced.

But goes really well rest of the time?, how do you find putting the power down through the front wheels, I was struggling at the power/torque levels the ED30 was at, how you goin on?

I measured the gap the other day and it has reduced by between 5 and 6mm, so not settled too much. I haven't been back yet to have the alignment checked, but I'm still debating another few turns of the screw to drop it maybe another 15mm. :cool:
