Where would it go?? Is there a specific location for it?? Does it have a velcro tab??

It fits in the boot, on the left side, in the recess between the wheel arch and the light clusters.  You should have a black rubber flat bungee type thing (to hold the FA kit), and also a rigid black plastic "click-to-close" clip (to hold a warning triangle).

EDIT: Bu&&er - too slow!  :embarassed:

Ohh, fabric straps now - Rubber is much better!  :smug:

What model year is yours?

Genuine VW part, £16, part number 000 093 109 C

Is that CI VAT-free prices (or do the stealers mark em up)?  Not a bad price anyway.

Velcro straps, with a plastic clip for the warning triangle. All this stuff should come as standard.
Mine was ordered in Jan this year, delivered at the end of March. Price was less VAT but included postage, so it should be close to the UK price.
