Clocks

Did all Golf Gti's come with motometer clocks?

My rev counter and  MFA don't work on my motometer clocks and I need to change them.
But all the clocks i see for sale seem to have two connectors on the back/bottom.

Can you get VDO clocks that have a single connection at the back?
Cheers

the '84 to early '86 mk2's came with VDO clocks. They also had a useless MPG light/gauge thingy where we all have our coolent gauge. The fuel and coolent gauges were below the revs.

AFAIK the MFA was the same on all the mk2 clocks. (one way to find out). Shouldn't cost more than ?10 at the scrappy.
