Very true I remapped mine and it went within weeks  :laugh:
I sourced the parts from VW and a sticky on here for the part numbers
all in I think it cost me about £180 for the parts and getting it done tomorrow £200 for the labour seems 'the norm'

ARZ K03s, Oettinger Side Skirts, R32 front, Carbon stage 2, Forge 007p (yellow spring), Forge Actuator (yellow spring), Pipercross panel filter with DSG parts, N249 and N112 deleted, SAI deleted, Carbon canister deleted, Rear wiper deleted, Long Life turbo back custom exhaust with 200 cell sports cat, VR6/G60 clutch kit, Creation Motorsport TIP, Catch can, 'Wellycooler', K04 charge pipe, S3 ported inlet manifold - looks pretty standard on the outside though :)

How much are you lot paying for labour ? And is the luk kit worth the 50 quid saving

3 in 1 VR6 clutch kit cost £119 ( Sachs, can get cheaper but i wanted sachs)

G60 flywheel cost £128 - New - second hand is much cheaper.

Labour = £140

Total £ 387

My local garage charges £35 Per hour  :smiley:

Try and find a VW specialist and just keep looking around  :smiley:

pity my mate only took a hundred quid in labour of me when i had mine done cost me 500 to buy clutch have box re-con an labour :smiley:
