Front Lips

Guys

I'm thinking about front lips, and looking at either the OSIR or Votex.

I don't want anything too dramatic, as I want to keep the standard side and rear lower sills (colour coded though)

Any suggestions on where to get the best price and service from....?

Yuov'e just given RR another excuse to post a pic of his, not that he needs one the osir one is lovely imo, im not to sure about there service though ive been waiting for a footrest from them for 11 weeks still nowhere to be seen.

Lol - I've seen RR's already - his car is informally included in a local company's website for VW bits - want to see what the prices in the UK are though, as the prices in Dubai can be steep....

1950 Dirhams, which equals 270 Pounds for a Votex lip, and 1550 Dirhams which equals 215 Pounds for an OSIR lip.

I've heard problems with fitting the V1 OSIR lip though - any difficulties with the V2, or still a problem?

You would probably be better getting that info from GOLF mk v cosmetic mod section its a bit adventurous for us lot but the TT shop is the sole distrubuter over here i believe you should beable to get a price there

....You'd be getting a later version OSIR splitter now - Made of plastic not fibreglass like mine.

.... :smiley: Thanks! Nick (Horney) takes some excellent pics and we are planning another photo session soon.

Tornado Red is a really deep rich red in real life and one of the original GTI colours. I love the metallic black and steel grey but I previously had metallic dark grey and black cars. Nick's photography has done the colour justice.

I am liking the look for the OSIR - they have the V@ available locally, which I think is the plastic version and an easier fit.

RR - have you got a OSIR splitter as well, or just the lip.....?  I'm quite liking the idea of no splitter....

....Yes, I've got the central carbonfibre 'splitter' but it just slopes away and it's carbon good looks are only appreciated by hedgehogs and small furry animals!

I've got the centre splitter part on order : -
