Help with Reacro's

OK guys IVe asked recaro they said ask VW, they said "havn't got a clue" I want to replace these seat inserts below for some brushed aluminum ones but i dont know how to take them out  Also i dont want to just start pulling at them or prying them out with a blunt tool. any advice wouild be much appreciated or even point me in the direction of a trim remover in the north west because i cant find one of them either.

surely a trimmer would also be able to help

Do the replacement ones not give away any clues as to how they are attached? Got pics?
