Hey Gaz - lovely new motor mate!
A bit of your golf lives on in mine (the K&N filter) so it hasn't really died!
Question on your spacers - how much were they? What size and where did you get them from?
I'm after some 12mm spacers for my rears but can't justify £100 for them - call me tight if you will!

Got the spacers from damian at DPM motorsport, top service, arrived the next day direct from H&R, think they were about 80quid, make sure you get hubcentric ones pal, anything else is dangerous.

Not sure on wheels yet, thinkin blacks been done on white cars, might try graphite

Congrats on the new motor - looks  and i bet it looks even more  in the flesh!  White is definately the best colour for that car, especially with darker alloys

And the original wheels on this thread look doolworthy as well   If you don't mind me asking, how much did it cost to get them like that?

Took the words right out of my mouth............Every Golf you've had you've done perfectly Rob. If I had the money, I would do it exactly the same as you.

When's the next project going to come then?

Nice one Rob, the lip makes a black wheel look so much better - breaking up from black from the tyres.
