what's it worth - bit of help please everyone!
« on: 31 July 2008, 19:56 »

Hi All Mk4 owners

I've been offered a 53 plate Mk4 v5 4motion 5 door in Black metallic with black leather. It's mint condition with 48k miles and 2 owners.

Can you tell me what I should be paying?

Appreciate it !

PS I've sold my mk5 and defecting back to a 4motion. It's cheaper and more classy than an r32!

Ohhhhh id say dont bother with the v5 (bascially a poor mans V6 and (imo) not much difference in performance over the 1.8T but will use a lot more petrol. Either get the V6 4mo or the 1.8T.

Price will really depend on mileage and condition. Assuming its done the average 12k a year that will put it at about 50 so lets say its done 60k ?

If its done 60k id say £5500. Really need a little more info.

You're right, typo, it's a V6 4Motion 5 door. 48K miles on a 53 plate with 2 owners. Full main stealer history. Black metallic with black leather.

Any ideas what it's worth?

Cheers for your help all.
