Running filters?

They make things a lot easier to process afterwards.  I think I was double stacked on the one of the pier - a grad and then ND to smooth the water a bit.
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.

Just an ND16 and then post processed. That's why I'm looking at Hi/tech filters for the grad and I now know I am more likely to run hard edged.

Teggs Nose Across Macclesfield by dTEA Photography, on Flickr

Tried out a different processing technique with much higher contrast. Think it works well with well lit subjects and especially landscape. Thoughts?

I like that dTEA just needs a strong crop to remove unneeded foreground.

Love it. Agree about losing the foreground. I'd think about just below the wall on the right of the photo. A leading line as such.
