the lack of traffic has allowed for a very nice balance on the exposure though, loads of detail off the road, the light trails and the sky is still dark.

I like the second one (the tree) slightly too bright IMO, 1/3 of a stop down and would probably add some more mystery / mist to the shot.
Personally I think the M-tech logo is slightly too soft
