Obviously had to many cups of coffee when he wrote the listing   The whole thing just sounds odd. Why would you have to apply for the log book??

The whole thing just sounds odd.

Looking at the location and the people in the pics, you'd be advised to stay well away.

think the log book thing may be ok, we need to find the reg number, so we can warn potential new buyers

He'd probably be more likely to get the money he wants by breaking it rather than selling it as it is.

Thats the concern - being sold on as a undamaged car

Theres too much in this to worry about... Its an 07 reg (why is it being advertised now?)
No logbook (v5)... surely they could easily apply for the logbook themselves (why can't/won't they?)
Unrecorded damage, fair enough getting things fixed without going through insurance is understandable but the amount of damage (that could be) on that would write it off and potentially unsafe to fix.
Light and easy to repair damage, why not repair themselves if its that light and easy?

Looks to me like a can of worms
