What will you need to change a mk2 1.8i engine to a audi 1.8 turbo?and how much approx will it cost for everthing done?

Depends if you want to do it yourself plus need info of engine type as that can make a lot of difference to the price.

Cost me just over £3k to convert my 16v to a 1.8t but that was doing it myself.

Most straight forward way would be to use the Qpeng loom as what i did. www.qpeng.com They also do specific downpipes as well. Plenty of info on there.

It seems to me that you have no prior knowledge on what an engine conversion involves so Iw ouldnt even consider doing this until you know cars a little more first. No offence but this conversion isn't a walk in the park by any means, lots of engineering knowledge and car mechanical knowledge are needed. Let alone the electrical nightmare involved.
