AC Compressor issues...

Does anyone know if an AC compressor from a mk4 1.8T will be a direct swap for the broken one on my 4mo?    (AUM Engine code)

Stealers are telling me I need a 4mo specific one........or did they see me comming?

They're a different part number, and from the pictures I'm looking at they're also mounted differently.
