autocars review of the new scirocco

I gulped when i read the headline......"all of a sudden the GTi looks like second best"

just about to read the mag to see why, if its as good as it sounds the Mk6 GTi should be a rip snorter as they normally base it on a simular model.

Bu the rocco is underpinned by the current MKV and not the new MKVI gear. I think it's the all new adaptive suspension stuff that makes the rocco better.

Still keeping my fingers crossed that they bring out a 3.6 4motion version by the time mine is paid off :laugh:

Unless they bring out one with the same or similar engine to the ED30 that I can remap to 300 bhp+ I don't think I will be getting rid of the ED  :smiley:

my GTi is due early to mid July, should i cancel and re-order?

price looks very similar but there will be no discount on the scirocco i imagine.
