i just had a problem with air mass meter and after some going back n forth to garage and diagnostic place i think its finally sorted by putting a new AMM.
now can anyone tell me that at what RPM does the turbo kicks in ? just wanna make sure that what i am driving is right now ?

You should always drive in the left-hand lane when the road ahead is clear. If you are overtaking a number of slower-moving vehicles, you should return to the left-hand lane as soon as you are safely past.
