New Member wanting MK3 GTI

Hey dudes!!
Wanna get a MK3 GTi but havent been successful as yet dunno how much to spend etc,

what s the highest mileage you guys would pay for...?

the more i look at this site the more i dream of coilovers and and single wiper conversions etc lol.

i really wanna get black , green or mauve gti, dunno if im being to picky at the ads ive been viewing but i know i wanna good deal!

want to keep the car for a while and do some subtle mods too it. like Slam it to the deck on 16s and smoke out the windows

 ! wont put too much ice on the shelf as still deaf from my old corsa with the Alpine type Rs

did want a 3 door really i prefer the look!

I noticed theres a lot of 5 doors mk3gti owners on here any reason for having a 5dr as opposed to 3?

Yup. 5 door is practical for the older more kiddie laden guys.  (No offence meant)
I prefer the 5 door.

Im not sure , i did want a 3door but i may get a 5 now, it opens the choices up for a decent find, If you know what i mean!
