lowered and comfort HELP NEEDED QUICK

Thinking of getting a gt tdi for work do 20k a year easily but the one i'm looking at 115bhp x reg 3k but it has 18" rs4 alloys on and looks like it's on stilts if i lower it on eibach springs will it effect the drive much especial on motorways sat at 80 like the car just not sure to put some standard rims on or lower it?
