Up early this morning!
« on: 11 May 2008, 11:21 »
washed the car last night, Megs NXt wash, dried with a Sonus towel, and up this morning, no polish, but a layer of Clearkote Vanilla Moose Hand glaze, followed by Some Pinnacle Souveran Wax.  All got a bit too hot after that, but you get the idea.

And yes I know the tyres need a looking at!

I bought her 3 months old, and there is some slight swirling, I think the last owner used a Mechanical car wash at one time.  But it is none too bad.

Hehe, lol

Law 31, section 4, sub-section a, paragraph 342 of the MKV Forum law states......

"The MKV moderator (being a law unto himself) shall wherever he dictates, choose from his many minions, worthy ones who have proven through their efforts that they can detail their car in such a fashion which is of exceptional quality. These (known as the chosen ones) shall perform a free extra-high quality detail for their Moderator at his behest"

Great looking car there  :embarassed:
I have a confession.... I tried detailing our United Grey GTi which is a year old and ended up giving up cos no matter how hard I tried...

The car did not look any better at all. Even with 50/50's on the bonnet. So I did the 4x4 instead
And it worked.

Hurdy. I didnt know that law existed
But should it not also include the missis's car too?  :nerd:
