turbo manifold

can anyone help me im starting a golf1.8 16v turbo project and was wondering if there is any exaust manifolds out there on existing cars that i could use thanx.

not sure heard some peeps use the old diesel manifold and turbo but not sure???

No existing vag manifolds as far as I know, I made mine out of stainless. You can buy one from ATP in the states, don't know about the UK. There was one for sale in the parts for sale a while ago, check out forum member 8pot. Are you building the kit yourself?. I may be able to help as I have turbo'd a 2ltr 16v in my mk1 ;D. I am in the process of making another manifold, so the one I am using will be up for sale soon.

cheers,yeah im gonna have a go at it myself if youv got any tips? i also need a decompression plale for now but cant find one..what turbo u running is it internal or ext westgate?iv seen some done with the existing injectors and airbox but id rather not use em any tips?

Turbo is a garrett T3 with internal w/g. Any tips ?, diy turbo is not as easy to do as it looks.
