how easy is it to replace the pump?? is it in the sump?? if so is it just a case of um bolting it and putting new one in??

Hi Rik,
You need to drop the sump and then its simply a case of unbolting.

thanks rich, is it a normal socket or will i need a splined tool??

Normal tools.........10mm socket for the sump bolts and 13mm for the oil pump, if memory serves me correct.

You will need a long extension bar to get the sump bolts on the gearbox end.
