I've heard from many people (including people in the trade) that clifford are poo'd, they're far too technical for any kind of reliability (lots of false alarms etc..) and are best suited to the corsa boys

Toad and Cobra, being uk companines, are actually built to withstand our climate, not USA's

but at the end of the day, as long as its got thatcham approval then its passed testing sufficiently to satisfy the insurance companies and should give as good protection as any other. its just down to what extra's you want with it, and whether you want a fancy key-fob or a "fasionable" name
