Grommet is the rubber bung through the firewall. There's a good one behind where your coolant expansion bottle to run a live for the amp through which comes out behind the glove box near centra

Take it out and drill a hole through ut that is slightly smaller than the cable, that way it will still be watertight and protect the cable from chaffing

a bit of advise, run the rca cables down the other side of the car to the power cables, prevents interference :smiley:

Thats probably the reason i get some whining that follows the engine noise in mine! Can only hear it when its down low though.

If i can be bothered i might swap it over.

I had exactly the same problem in my old driver so since then i have always run the power cables seperate to the RCA
