Alloy Wheel Colour
« on: 06 May 2008, 20:12 »
I am currently refurbing my Azev A's

I have red mk3, mostly colour coded.

The options in the vote are what i thinking about. I really want them black I think, but not sure. I think I should do the rim a different colour, maybe have a polished rim. But really not sure whether to have red (the exact color of my car) in alloys.

Anyone who has photoshop and is bored PM me! Could do with some visual assistance.

Ohh and I will be filling the alloys tomorrow and then priming, so paint is soon! AHHHHHH decisions!!!

Cheers all,

LL ;)

vr splitter looks sweet, check out the sig or my pics in the Dub Rides section.

As it has a rough surface, you need to use a high build primer to make it smooth. Mine is still rough, just easier, quicker and cheaper to do. But still looks good and it ties the front together.

Yeah was thinking red mayb OTT, and then couldnt sell them in the future. I reckon black/silver trim, that was my first choice, but wasnt sure, so i set up this poll.

i'd go black with a coloured rim
or white
or go out there somewhere and go green or stand out from the crowd colour
sometimes it works for cars

just seen a pic of a silver car with green wheels and i like it

Yeah im in two minds, black alloys, i reckon that could work, but red or silver trim?? I did think that red trim gives it a unique factor. I mean it would be (probs) the only set of Black/Flash Red Azev A's! But then there probs aint too many black/silver rims.

If i had a proper mouse and not a laptop touch pad mouse thingy i would try and do it in "Paint"! But the button on my laptop mouse is broke, so i cant do it.  Any1 bored and wants to photoshop azev's a's on my car, then spray them different colours so i can decide. Ohh and why not, tint my windows and slam it!!!

Cheers for the votes ppl!
