Driver + 4 = 5

What do you guys think of driving around with 5 people in the car (including the driver?) Me personally i dont like it because:
-Im quite tall, my chair is quite far back, when i have 3 passenger at the back im always asked to move the chair bit forward
-Very often i feel abit unsafe having the car fully loaded...feel like the handling is different and the car tends to roll abit more
-Obviously affects performance which is a major factor...

Being young and possibly having the nicest car in my friends circle...im often asked to take the car out to places like clubs and stuff...used to do it in the GTI and was the first time having to do it in the R32. Having bucket seats i could keep hearing people in the back like trying to make beats with the plastic bits on the back which could scratch the seats and im always hearing like...its so squashed at the back etc...

i wouldn't like leaving my car at a club, or in town at night etc  :embarassed:

if you have the recaros then i would have a sign writer cover the backs in clear plastic they are so easily scratshed and very diffecult to repair, go in your friends car is another option. btw whats your fuel prices like now.

I've had 5 in a few times and it is why I got a car with 4 doors. I prefer to just carry four though - even better if I drive on my own

at the moment fuel prices work out to about 80p for a litre of Unleaded 98....we only get 95 or 98 here....
I dont mind taking my car out to clubs and stuff as i am not much of a drinker...its abit hard to tell friends to piss off especially when they are girls or even close friends...The feeling of driving alone after unloading the other four passengers is amazing....car seems so much more different!  I was having a look at a bigger car such as a 530d or an X5 but my dad said...buy the car for your pleasure and not for the comfort of your friends...guess he had a point...there must be an exclusive excuse or a reasonably beleiveable one to not have five passengers in the car...the one i tried to use was that the car is new and three passengers in the back would increase the chances of spoiling the leather...did not work....

Dont think i would be able to....the soundtrack to the R32 is just so addictive....suns out, windows down, good music and that awesome roar coming out of the back of your car!
