i just changed head gasket and timen belt on my 1990 golf gti 16v and now it wont idle

Make sure you put the belt on right, with the marks in the right place...if these are right, try tweaking the dissy a little bit  :smiley:

on them cars you have an auxillary shaft and that has to be timed up with the crank and cams so ill try and get u a timing diagram for ure car watch this space
