reset my abs light using mfa
« on: 02 May 2008, 23:12 »
hey people

just wanted to let everyone know my abs light came on today and wouldnt go out, i was thinking it might be a shot sensor

anyway i tried holding the mfa in for a few secs before turning the ignition to setting two then turned off holding it in still then turned the key still holding the mfa to fire her up...

to my delight the abs light turned off.....yipee

dont know if its cured it for good but just been for a spin and no light..... whoop whoop......

If it is a sensor fault it will soon come back on again

the mfa is your trip settings........MPG etc. settings 1 and 2 are your combined settings and single trip settings (maybe not in that order)
