Ah it probs wasnt H7, I was just going on memory from what I saw when I ordered them (ive got shocking memory)

These are what I have on my dipped (yeah, got the name wrong lol) - http://www.powerbulbs.com/product_detail.asp?prod=81

and these on the side lights - http://www.powerbulbs.com/product_detail.asp?prod=31

Will these go on the MK5?

I do at home, Im just sitting in the office at the mo counting down till tomorrow morning :D

They make a world of diffrence on MK4 which has candles as standard. If these dont fit I will probably buy the upgrades for the MK5 as these aftermarket bulbs really do improve the light for us without xenons.

yeah side lights dont tho, they just look nice and allow ppl to see you... mine glows yellowish around the bottom, and when my xenons are on, which are white makes it look cheep again

Yeah, its the same on the MK4, its worth getting them, makes it look much better. Must be a VW thing having yellow sh!te lights as sidelights.

yeah, im kinda giving up with the LEDS even tho they are much better/brighter/whiter/last longer because of the hassle. it seems if you want to use them you have to put in a resistor (few kits around) so that the wiring thinks theres more of a load.

i dont want any blue tinge bulbs however, and i think yours are are they not??? if i could see you pix then i might just get those :(

Just got a set (only 2) of Osram Night Breaker lights (they are delivered from Ossett in West Yorks, my home town!) and I fitted 1 of the free Phillips blue Vision W5W bulbs. They are blue in colour but do not light up blue! One other thing..... why do VW put great bulb holders in the indicator and main head light but sh!tty impossible to get out ones in the side lamp and main beam? Hand are cut to bits trying to get the small side light bulbs out
