Been posting on here now for about a week, but haven't introduced myself!
Just bought my first ever Golf 2 weeks ago, and i definately wont drive another car again!
I have the pleasure of owning a 2001 MKIV 1.8 GTI 20v with 55k on the clock which i paid a measly £4950 + my old Astra with 103K which i think is a bargain.
I have no mechanical knowledge whatsoever, so dont expect me to contribute very much to your engine troubles, but im learning!!
