throttle bodies
« on: 29 April 2008, 09:20 »
I have a mate at work who basically was a vw mechanic and has modded quite a few vws in his time. He has told me that I should fit a throttle body to my gti, as it will make an emmense difference to my car.

what are peeps views, im quite happy, it already has alot of torque if im honest. i am getting my engine cleaned but nothing more than that so far, dont see the point of upsetting a mechanically sound car.

What car? Whats been done to it so far?

Does he mean a complete set of throttle bodies or just clean/polish the existing?

Whatever, just doing throttle bodies on their own wont do a lot!

Then I would ask your mate for some clarification then come back on here and tell us what he said!
