rattle

hi everybody,stealers cant fix this so i need help.got a rattle behind the sunglasses holder,i think its the wireing against the roof.anybody know how the cradle comes away from the headlining?

There is a bit of info in this thread.  It is for the passat, but should be similar, probably the same location for the screws.

I've never come across anybody with an issue with the overhead console rattling.  However,

Brilliant!! Had this rattle on and off since I had the car -Just used to turn the tunes up! Now I'll have a go at that. I have the sunroof fitted  - wonder If that makes them more prone to rattle?

does this rattle go away if you have the sun visor bit open ?

Superb! I have the same rattle!  It stops when i punch it though. Thought it best to get a proper fix at some point
