FAREWELL: PICS OF NEW NON VAG CAR!

Thought we would say goodbye for now having picked up our new car: number 142 of 200 Mitsubishi Evo 9 FQ360 MR, from my local Ralliart dealership on 18th  :evil: (same day as Phil picked up the Ed30).  Will keep an eye on her Phil so look after it!!   :grin: And will keep a watching eye on the forum.  Ben hope you enjoy the Miltek. Carry on enjoying the GTI/Ed30 to the rest of you.  Will look for you on the roads!! :laugh:

nice choice, i did consider one of those, but wife hated the looks of it, and the servicing and fuel did put me off a little, and the interior, thats said awesome car though  :evil: :evil:

£28K, and have to say that it was money well worth spending.  It makes me grin everytime I open the door, the speed is phenomenal, yeah the servicing is a bit on the ouch side, but so far don't think theres a huge difference in the fuel bill, depending on how its driven working on between 40-60 miles difference per tank.

Beautiful looking car but I am in the same boat as 182_blue in that the missus hates the EVO and Impreza's so have never even really looked into them.

Have fun in it  :wink:

Lucky for me the wife took it out whilst I was at work, told me that night and said all I can say is its f...ing quick!!!  The other thing she was worried about was the sound, which shocked us both, in car can't hear unless you take out the exhaust bung.  We were both a bit concerned about build quality having owned a VW for many years, but this also seems to have come up trumps!!
